These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Darts Hub app and website ("Darts Hub", "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Darts Hub.
Your privacy is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
Darts Hub is a steel darts score tracking app with ML-powered autoscoring, online play, and gamification, operated by Christoph Czichna, Schillerstrasse 3, 6067 Absam AUSTRIA. Contact: 180@dartshub.com.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Darts Hub. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement. The Service is not directed at children under 13.
Darts Hub lets you track steel darts scores, score throws automatically using machine-learning ("ML autoscoring"), play online matches, and earn levels and awards.
Darts Hub is currently in early access / beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and the Service may contain bugs or be temporarily unavailable. We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
ML autoscoring: Autoscoring is an assistive feature and is not guaranteed to be error-free. Accuracy depends on your setup, lighting, camera, and dartboard. You are responsible for verifying scores, particularly in competitive or online play. Use it fairly and do not attempt to manipulate scoring.
Darts Hub offers paid, auto-renewable subscriptions ("Premium") in addition to free features.
EU / Austria consumer right of withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. By purchasing digital content or a subscription that begins immediately, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once the service has started. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
Online matches may include an optional live video stream relayed to your opponent. You are responsible for what is visible in your stream and for your conduct during matches. We do not record or store match video — see the Privacy Policy for detail.
You retain rights to content you create (such as your display name). By using community or online features, you grant us a limited licence to display that content as needed to operate the Service. Keep display names appropriate; we may remove content that breaches these Terms.
Darts Hub, including its software, branding, design, levels, and awards, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of autoscoring, or uninterrupted availability. As a beta product, the Service may change or be discontinued.
To the extent permitted by law, Darts Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by emailing 180@dartshub.com. Deletion of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected. [CONFIRM jurisdiction with your legal advisor — adjust if you register the entity elsewhere.]
